Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please let us know if you need to cancel at least 24 hours prior so we can make your appointment time slot available to other clients.

We understand that things happen, and life gets busy. However, in the case of a short notice cancellation (less than 24 hours of your appointment time), you will be charged a $100 cancellation fee. No shows will also be charged a $100 no show fee & required to prepay $100 at next booking goods towards services or treatments.

Late Arrivals

We reserve your appointment time, especially for you. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. If you happen to be running more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your full service. In some cases, we offer you a shorter service if possible or the option to reschedule. We need to ensure that we’re not running behind other clients.

We respect our patients’ time and kindly ask that you do the same for us. Thank you for understanding and appreciating our time and those of the clients after you.
