Welcome to Refine Aesthetics
Our mission at Refine Aesthetics is to help our clients achieve their version of personal beauty by incorporating the practice of science, technology, artistry, and medicine. Our downtown Austin based medical spa offers elite treatments stemming from laser resurfacing, to injectables, skincare and more. We value relationships, so your aesthetic journey is customized based on individual needs. Our medical aesthetic treatments are performed by our highly trained and experienced medical providers, including physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and aestheticians. Founder and Owner
Courtney Gill, PA-C is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who has been practicing medical and cosmetic Dermatology in the Austin area for close to a decade. Texas born and a University of Texas Longhorn graduate she is invested in keeping Austin beautiful. Courtney earned her masters from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth and returned to Austin to pursue her love for aesthetic medicine. She continues to pursue education in new technology and techniques on how to help her patients optimally through professional forums, trainings and conferences.

Anissa was born and raised in Austin, Texas. From a young age, she demonstrated a keen interest in science and beauty, setting the stage for her future career path. In 2020, Anissa embarked on her professional journey as a Medical Assistant specializing in medical aesthetics.

Georgia-born and raised, Ashleigh Gonzales is our go-to jack-of-all-trades and creative dynamo. Her attention to detail, organization, and creativity keep our marketing and branding fresh and vibrant. Her extensive experience, spanning over a decade in the medical industry, Ashleigh has played pivotal roles in both back office support, operating room support and leadership support across various practices and brings a wealth of knowledge and clinical expertise to our team.

Ashleigh Gonzales is a Georgia born and raised jack-of-all-trades. Ashleigh’s attention to detail, organization and creativity help us to stay up-to-date with marketing and branding our business. She has played a vital role in both back office assisting, as well as leadership roles for a number of different practices. She has been working in the medical industry for more than a decade. She is extensively trained in a number of physician grade skin care lines and has vast knowledge along with clinical experience of brands such as Allergan and Galderma.
Ashleigh is customer experience-oriented and passionate about patient care. She strives to help provide the best experience possible to all of our patients at Refine Aesthetics.

Dr. Steven Holzman is a board-certified plastic surgeon dedicated to providing beautiful, natural-looking results for women and men seeking cosmetic enhancement and/or reconstructive care. He works closely with each individual to determine the most beneficial approach for their unique needs, never pressuring anyone into a treatment they are not completely comfortable receiving.
