Experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA)

As an Experienced Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA), you will deliver advanced injectable and laser treatments while upholding Refine’s clinical standards, protocols, and luxury guest experience. You’re not just “injecting”-you’re designing thoughtful, long-term plans and building relationships, executing with confidence, artistry, and meticulous attention to safety and documentation.

Job Description

What You Will Do:

  • Provide client consultations, develop personalized treatment plans and skillfully perform treatments tailored to each patient’s needs and objectives
  • Educate patients on all treatment processes, including pre and post-treatment care instructions
  • Acknowledge and respond to relevant patient queries, needs and expectations
  • Apply best practices and stay up to date with market trends and techniques for treatment
  • Ensure patient safety at all times
  • Suggest and promote retail products and additional services offered at the company
  • Follow established treatment protocols
  • Keep track of and update patient charts; take before and after photos
  • Generate and maintain a patient base
  • Attend trainings and meetings
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring:

  • Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA) license required to practice in Texas
  • 3+ years of experience desired
  • Existing aesthetics medicine clientele is a big plus
  • Laser experience preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to communicate effectively with patients, peers and managers
  • Ability to multi-task while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
  • Social media experience

As a Functional Medicine NP or PA, you will serve as a trusted partner in patients’ long-term health journeys, uncovering root causes, building individualized care plans, and delivering evidence-informed integrative medicine via our wellness options and peptide therapy. What You Will Do

  • Conduct comprehensive new patient intakes and follow-up visits using a functional medicine framework, including detailed health history, symptom analysis, and lifestyle assessment
  • Order and interpret advanced functional lab panels (hormones, microbiome, micronutrients, food sensitivities, metabolic markers) and develop individualized treatment protocols
  • Create personalized, root-cause-focused care plans incorporating nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle medicine, and appropriate pharmaceutical interventions
  • Educate and empower patients to actively participate in their health transformation through ongoing coaching and education
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation within the EMR; ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
  • Stay current on the functional and integrative medicine research, attend relevant trainings, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
  • Recommend and promote pharmaceutical-grade supplements, peptides, and wellness products aligned with patient care plans
  • Assist with other clinical and administrative duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

  • Active NP or PA license required to practice in Texas; DEA license preferred
  • 2+ years of clinical experience; experience in functional, integrative, or holistic medicine strongly preferred
  • Certification or training through IFM, A4M, or similar functional medicine programs is a significant plus
  • Familiarity with advanced lab testing platforms (Dutch, Genova, Vibrant, etc.) and nutraceutical protocols
  • Exceptional ability to build patient rapport and explain complex concepts in an accessible, compassionate way
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a high-volume, patient-centered practice

Aesthetic Medical Assistant

As an Aesthetic Medical Assistant, you are the heartbeat of our clinical team, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, prepared, and cared for from check-in to checkout. You support our providers with precision, warmth, and an eye for detail, helping deliver the seamless luxury experience our patients expect.

Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Welcome and room patients; review intake forms, obtain vital signs, and prepare patients for treatments or provider consultations
  • Assist providers during injectable, laser, and other aesthetic procedures; ensure treatment rooms are properly set up and stocked at all times
  • Capture high-quality before and after photos and ensure accurate, timely documentation in the patient chart
  • Deliver pre- and post-treatment care instructions to patients clearly and confidently; answer questions within your scope of practice
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and OSHA compliance throughout clinical and retail spaces
  • Manage inventory including ordering supplies, tracking expiration dates, and coordinating with vendors as needed
  • Support front-desk operations including appointment scheduling, patient follow-up calls, and managing treatment packages
  • Enthusiastically educate patients on available services and recommend retail skincare products aligned with their goals
  • Assist with social media content capture (before/afters, treatment footage) per patient consent
  • Attend team trainings, meetings, and continuing education sessions; assist with other duties as assigned

What You Will Bring

  • Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) required; aesthetics-focused MA training or background is a strong plus
  • 1+ year of experience in a medical aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or high-end clinical setting preferred
  • Familiarity with aesthetic treatments and terminology (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lasers, chemical peels, microneedling)
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially in documentation, photography, and room preparation
  • Warm, professional demeanor with the ability to make patients feel comfortable and valued from the moment they arrive
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Comfort with EMR systems, scheduling software, and basic technology; social media savvy is a bonus
  • A genuine passion for aesthetics, wellness, and delivering exceptional patient experiences
