Carley Lebioda, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in aesthetic and wellness medicine, with a clinical foundation rooted in emergency medicine. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from Western Michigan University, with minors in Chemistry and Psychology, before earning her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Western Michigan University. Carley began her career in the emergency department, where three years of hands-on experience strengthened her clinical judgment and cultivated an exceptional understanding of anatomy, precision, and patient care. Her time in emergency medicine instilled in her a deep respect for patient safety and the importance of thoughtful, meticulous care—principles she carries into every aesthetic treatment.

With several years of experience in aesthetics, Carley is extensively trained in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, as well as microneedling and chemical peels. Her aesthetic philosophy is rooted in subtlety, balance, and timeless beauty. Rather than changing what makes each patient unique, she focuses on thoughtfully enhancing their natural features and restoring a sense of freshness and vitality. Every treatment is intentionally tailored to the individual, taking into consideration facial anatomy, skin quality, lifestyle, and long-term aesthetic goals.

Carley’s passion for aesthetics is deeply personal. As a mother of two, she understands the desire to feel like yourself again through the many seasons of motherhood. She is especially passionate about helping women feel confident, rejuvenated, and effortlessly refreshed. In addition to aesthetics, Carley brings three years of experience in wellness and weight management, offering a comprehensive perspective on the relationship between weight loss, muscle preservation, facial volume, and skin health. She believes beautiful results extend beyond a single treatment and are best achieved through a thoughtful, individualized approach to the patient as a whole.

Life Outside the Practice
Outside of the practice, Carley enjoys life with her two children, exploring new parks, discovering local gems, and creating memorable adventures together. A Michigan native who now calls Texas home, she loves embracing her new community and meeting new people along the way. When she has time to herself, Carley enjoys a beautiful dinner, cocktails, comedy shows, and, of course, a great girls’ night.
