With over a decade of hands-on experience in the medical aesthetics industry, Ashleigh has held integral roles in front and back office operations, operating room support, and leadership across a range of practices. Her deep-rooted clinical knowledge and industry expertise bring exceptional value to our team—and to every patient experience—making her an invaluable asset to both clients and providers alike.
Ashleigh is extensively trained in elite, physician-dispensed skin care lines such as Alastin Skincare, Revision Skincare, SkinBetter Science, and ColoreScience. She also holds advanced clinical experience with industry-leading brands including Allergan, Galderma, Sciton, and Evolus—making her a trusted resource for both patients and peers.
As part of the dynamic duo behind Refine Aesthetics, Ashleigh has worked alongside Courtney for over a decade. Their shared vision—to deliver exceptional care, personalized attention, and trusted results—has built the foundation of a practice known for excellence and patient-centered service. Together, they’ve cultivated a powerhouse team dedicated to delivering next-level care and exceptional results—while continually raising the bar in aesthetics.

When she’s not crafting campaigns or finding new ways to elevate the client experience, Ashleigh’s hands-on with the Refine team—working closely with providers and staff to keep things running smoothly. Outside the office, you’ll find her hanging out with her husband, Benny, their daughter, Olivia, and their two pups, Raine and River.
