Lily Machuca is a nationally board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of experience specializing in medical, aesthetic, and cosmetic dermatology. With a Master of Science in Nursing from Loyola University New Orleans and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University, she brings both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of patient-centered care. Lily also trained at the esteemed Defense Language Institute, becoming fluent in Spanish—a skill that enhances her ability to connect with a diverse patient base.

She offers a full range of injectable treatments including Dysport, Botox, Daxxify, and hyaluronic acid-based fillers like Restylane and Juvederm. She is also experienced in treating chronic skin conditions such as melasma, rosacea, and acne, with a particular passion for supporting women through the unique skincare challenges of perimenopause.
Lily designs personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s facial structure, skin condition, and long-term aesthetic goals. She skillfully integrates biostimulatory injectables like Sculptra, Radiesse, and PRP, alongside cutting-edge laser treatments such as Halo, BBL, and ablative resurfacing. Her philosophy centers on restoring balance, boosting collagen, and improving skin texture, tone, and resilience—all while honoring each patient’s individuality.
Beyond her clinical expertise, Lily is a proud Louisiana native, U.S. Army veteran, and Austin transplant since 2009. She lives with her high school sweetheart, their two daughters, and their spirited pups, Butterbean and Honey. Outside the clinic, Lily finds joy in pottery, gardening, and gym workouts—but never turns down a great taco and margarita.
