Born and raised in the rolling hill country of Dripping Springs, Monika brings Texas warmth and a clinician’s precision to every appointment. She earned her first degree in Kinesiology from The University of Texas at Austin (2001), then completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Creighton University (2003).

Across cardiology, pre- and postoperative care, laboratory medicine, sports medicine, and dermatology, Monika built a foundation of safety, anatomy, and evidence-based practice that now shapes her aesthetic eye. At Refine Aesthetics, she provides thoughtful cosmetic consultations and treatments with neurotoxins (Botox®, Dysport®) and dermal fillers (Juvéderm®, Restylane®). She is also extensively trained in microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, HydraFacial®, and Sciton laser & light technologies—MOXI®, BBL®, and HALO®.
Monika’s philosophy is simple: you, only fresher. She partners with patients to create natural, confidence-building results, prioritizing safety, prevention, and long-term skin health. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her outdoors, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.
