I can’t recommend Refine Aesthetics enough! From the moment you walk in, the service you receive is truly outstanding. I’ve been seeing Courtney for years, but Emily and Erma are both just as amazing and skilled in their work. Finding a great injector that you love is not easy, but Refine Aesthetics is everything you look for in a med spa. They are such a great trio and offer a range of services. If you’re going anywhere else, you’re missing out. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment now, you won’t regret it!

The BEST of the the best! Incredibly inviting and home-y space with even more inviting and welcoming staff. Making an appointment is not only easy but enjoyable. Bonnie at the front found a way to get me in ASAP and is a joy to talk to when checking in/out and raving about great products. Christa the medical assistant was/is so wonderful. She is friendly, energetic and talks through all sorts of great options and services as well as the best deals and price outcome for her clients. She nor anyone on the team ever pressure you into anything (this can be hard to find!!!!). She is also right there with all the gadgets and topicals to make sure the client is as comfortable and pain free as possible during any and all procedures. Last but not least, Courtney Gill the PA-C and head gal in charge is one of a kind! She is beyond knowledgeable, honest, precise and oh so personable!! She is a perfectionist - which you want!!! Not only are you getting the best care medically, she makes every client feel like a friend and a part of the refine family! I can’t say enough great things about this group!

Had the best experience at Refine Aesthetics with the whole office staff and Courtney. Got PRP with micro needling and it is turning out great. I was a little nervous when I got there because I've never done any med-spa treatments on my skin before. But from the moment I arrived until I left everyone was super friendly and made me feel relaxed. I can't wait for my next treatment!

I loved my experience at refine! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Courtney and Robin were so knowledgeable and explained the procedure in detail beforehand. I got a BBL and opus which are intense, but soo worth it! They made me feel so at ease and were very gentle with me.

As a first-timer for injections at 30, I was a little nervous. Courtney & her team made me feel so comfortable and answered all of my questions about Jeuveau and lip filler. I’ve also done a Diamond facial with Erma and have plans to go back for more skin treatments. I’m more than happy with the results of the Jeuveau, Kysse and Diamond & have become a regular client. Courtney and Refine Aesthetics is hands down the best practice in Austin. From the location, to the variety of treatments, Courtney’s knowledge and expertise, you just won’t find better care anywhere else. I did the RF Microneedling, and they made the whole procedure quick and painless, and even got me in the very next day to treat some very minor bruising. They are seriously the BEST!!!!

Beautiful, immaculate, safe but also warm and welcoming environment, with friendly and attentive staff. I received several treatments and am extremely happy with the results so far. Can’t wait to see the final outcome after the initial swelling subsides. I’m 44 and I knew it was time to do something, my face was starting to sag and I just looked old and tired. I have a major fear of needles so had been hesitant to have fillers or other services in the past. Courtney and Emily were so comforting. They listened to my concerns, offered their guidance, and kept the mood light and fun. The end result has far exceeded my expectations. I am so happy with the outcome and wonder why I waited so long!! Upon checkout, Ashleigh was very helpful and super knowledgeable about all of the skincare products. WOW Courtney is a skin goddess! First of all, the location of the office has ample parking, extremely well kept, and aesthetically perfect. When you walk into the office its light and airy and the staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.
I have pretty significant skin discoloration for years and years and have tried everything from dermaplaining, micro-needling to chemical peels, and she completely re-vamped my face with laser treatments. She knows her sh*t!! Do yourself a favor, treat yo self and go see these ladies! Best in town!!

Decided to try a little resurfacing last week with their newest laser Opus plasma resurfacing. The procedure was really simple and it was a great experience from start to finish. It only took about an hour and afterwards I just look like I had a slight sunburn. I had a couple days of downtime but nothing that couldn’t be covered up by some good make up 🙂 I am now almost a week out and most of the healing has occurred. My skin definitely looks clearer and smoother!!! Im so thrilled!!!

Courtney Gill has performed several procedures for me, including filler and Botox and Emily Johnson recently performed BBL laser treatment for me. Courtney and Emily take lots of time talking with you about exactly what you’re wanting, giving lots of information about treatment options, what to expect during the procedure, expected results and aftercare. And they are always available after by phone or email if you have any questions or concerns.
I highly recommend Refine Asthetics and will definitely be back!
